Article Snippet: When the cells reached confluence, differentiation was induced by changing the medium to Induction Medium (DMEM/F-12 containing 10% FBS, 1% P/S, 10 mg/mL insulin, 0.5 mM 3-isobutyl-1methylxantine, 1 mM dexamethasone, 2.5 mM rosiglitazone) and incubated for 2 d.
